1. REGISTER

Registration Checklist

- An up to date CV
- References– we need a minimum of 3 references within clinical experience
- Qualification Certificates
- NMC Registration – All nurses that are not already registered with the NMC will need to contact them to start the process (this can take anything from 6-12 weeks. We will of course assist you in this process if you have not started the application
- Health Questionnaire – we will provide this form with your registration pack
- Blood Test resultsApplication Form – we will provide this form with your registration pack
- Valid Passport
- Proof of Your Address
- National Insurance Number
- Bank Details
- A valid CRB certificate

2. Submit Your Documents To:

You will then be initially assessed by a member of Connect Nursing’s specialist recruitment team and if the initial criteria are met you will be invited to a formal interview. But first we will process your references and CRB.

3. Reference Checks & CRB

After we have your references and CRB, we will then contact you to arrange a formal interview.

4. Formal Interview

Having met the initial requirements, we will then invite you to attend an interview at our head office. This interview will last up to 40 minutes.
After exploring your CV we will develop a personal profile of you, taking into consideration your personality, history, experience, skills, and preferences.
Following your formal interview and successful placement, we will then contact your referees for verbal and email references.

By the time we invite someone to join the Loxbridge Plus team, they have been thoroughly vetted, but also crucially, trained in how to deliver the Loxbridge Plus service.

Everyone completes the Loxbridge Plus induction program before working their first shift, and in the instances where you will be working with a client who has complex needs, you will also be given a full introduction to that client and their care plan by the existing staff members and Clinical Assessor.
